"I started Roche Access Scaffolding in 2011 after a decade on the tools with two of the bigger Midlands firms. The pitch hasn't really changed since — turn up when you said you would, put the scaffold up the way it should go, and answer the phone. Every lift gets signed off before anyone steps on it.
Each scaffold is designed for the job in front of it — not pulled off a generic spec. We carry out a written handover with photos, fit a Scafftag at the access point, and re-inspect every seven days while it's in use.
